He has worked with me over the phone to resolve issues and comes to our home when needed. You really can't find a better person to service your pinball machines. We acquired a Pinball machine that had been in storage, neglected, and didn't work. After calling several Pinball repair businesses - some who wanted to charge to pick up the machine, have us bring the machine to them, and all quoting way to much for service and very inconvenient - we made contact with Pat from Endless Pinball. Pat was responsive and quoted a fair price to come to our home to check out the machine. Within a half hour he was able to diagnose and explain the issues, and determine a game plan to repair our machine. The quote for parts needed and hourly rate were a fair price, and he was able to schedule a return visit in a timely manner. Due to circumstances beyond his control, Pat was not able to come to our home so he sent his partner Kyle. Upon arrival Kyle was professional and very organized. He got right to work, and we were impressed with how knowledge he was in regards to the intricate workings of the machine. He explained everything he was doing, as well as provided tips on how to maintain the game going forward. All the while, Pat was in close contact to make sure everything was going smoothly and we were comfortable with the service. At the end of the day we saved a pretty penny making the choice to go with Endless Pimball. We would recommend them for all your gaming repair needs. We can't say enough how professional and knowledgeable their team is, and it was our pleasure to have them come to our home. I needed a pinball machine I recently purchased to be serviced and I was also in the market for another pinball machine. I called Pat and he was extremely helpful and responsive. He was able to come out to service my machine very shortly after I first contacted him and helped me save money by not doing unnecessary work. Pat is way more helpful and responsive than all the other companies in the area I contacted and his prices are way better. Pat Choy and Endless Pinball are better than great! Pat gives me the same excellent treatment that he gives his celebrity and rock star clients. I give him my highest recommendation! Pat sold me a beautifully restored Twilight Zone pinball and installed it for me. He repaired my Namco Rockin’ Bowl a Rama for me and made it work as good as new again. Tonight, he and his strong, excellent assistant Richie did a difficult move and installation for me of a Prize Cube Crane. Pat is a great guy; very smart and extremely knowledgeable. He is an authorized dealer for all the top brands of pinballs and sells world wide at the best prices! Contacted a lot of local repair places but Pat was the first to respond. Even though he was far away he happily drove all the way out to LA and got the machine back in perfect working condition. I couldn't be happier! He also gave me advice on how to maintain the machine which was great. Outstanding, efficient, and knowledgeable service!!!! I recently bought a used pinball machine and after a few months something wasn't working. I found Endless Pinball on a google search and called not knowing what to expect. Pat was friendly, knowledge, and over the phone without seeing the game had a good idea of the problem. More impressively, he had a accurate estimate on what it would cost to fix. I'm soooo appreciative he fit me in same day and his estimate was spot on with his time and costs - which were very reasonable. I highly recommend Pat and Endless Pinball. It's so clear Pat love what he does and he does it very well!
